The REDARC BCDC1220-IGN is a 12V 20A DC to DC charger designed to fully charge a lead acid auxiliary battery, suitable for vehicles fitted with an ECU-controlled variable voltage alternator. It features a lower voltage setting to continue operating with low input voltage from the alternator, and is potted to survive heat, water, dust and vibration.
