SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Mac Auto Parts ships Australia-wide and to selected international locations, including New Zealand and Pacific countries.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before cut-off times may be dispatched the same day.

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $11 AUD (Free on orders over $150 AUD)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $20–25 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

🇳🇿 New Zealand

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $25 AUD (Free on orders over $300 AUD)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $45 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

🌏 Pacific Countries

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $35 AUD (Free on orders over $300 AUD)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $65 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Public holidays or peak periods

Mac Auto Parts is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Mac Auto Parts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
