Our Bump Cap Universal Insert is designed to fit into most caps and offer an alternative form of head protection, when a hard hat or helmet is not required. It's designed to protect the head against minor bumps, scrapes and bruises from stationary structures. The Bump Cap is ideal for environments where there is a low-risk of high-impact falling and moving objects and offers maximum protection in tight spaces. It has a foam liner that provides top and side protection, and our breathable fitted shell has ventilation holes to help keep your head cool for all day use while working. The unique shell design is shaped to better fit your head and provides a universal fit in most capstyle hats. The Bump Cap Insert complies with ANSI/ISEA 100-2024 Level 1 and has a machine washable crown liner that is easily removeable. Complies with ANSI/ISEA 100-2024 Level 1. Impact = 25cm (10") drop of 3kg (6.5 lb) weight.
