The X-shaped interface on the grinders head matches with the accessory permitting easy and effortless mounting. This BOSCH® X-LOCK™ R780 Best for Metal and Inox Fibre Disc is excellent for removing material quickly when grinding on Inox and Metal and Inox. Its self-sharpening Ceramic Grit Technology creates new sharp cutting edges during the sanding process for high stock removal in coarser grits and consistent surface quality in finer grits without disc wear. The disc's top size coating with cooling aids reduces discolouration during application. Its backing material is vulcanised fibre, providing stability during sanding process. They are perfect for stainless steel, mild steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and aluminium. These discs are designed for clamping on X-LOCK™ backing pads but can also be used on traditional rubber/nylon backing pads. X-LOCK™ System - For tool-free, fast and convenient disc changes (when used with X-LOCK™ Backing Pads).
